CPEng Help
Our CPEng service is relatively flexible. You can order a single item, a few items or a complete package. Also, since the type and number of items required vary with the selected chartered pathway and other factors, the total amount charged is determined by the number of items requested. Below are the four Chartered Pathways:

1. Chartered via industry review
2. Chartered through interview
3. Chartered for academics
4. Chartered for defence

Note: The documents required under each pathway differ significantly. If you do not know the required documents, please consult our reviewer by sending an email to cpeng@engineersbase.com.

CPENG Writers Availability

All our CPEng writers work with us on a part-time basis since they are senior practicing engineers with other commitments. As such, we have to control the workload strictly based on the available capacity. In this regard, we need to agree on a realistic deadline before registering your order.
Payment Plans

(a) Instalment plan: The total fee is broken down into 2-4 instalments. The first instalment is paid on order placement, while the remaining instalments are paid each at a time after receiving subsequent drafts from the team. This plan does not apply to orders charged less than 150 USD.

(b) Full plan: The total fee is paid in full on order placement. This is available for all services, purely by choice.

1. CPEng Package A0 (Available - recommended)

 

This service applies to both Standard and Interview pathways. We are recommending to our new clients to opt for this package (See details here). Under this option, you will be guided and assisted where necessary to prepare fully compliant documents.  CPEng Package A0 entails the following:

 

  • Unlimited consultation

  • Professional support from start to end

  • Free samples and guides

  • Expert guidance and assistance from start to end

  • Continuing EA compliance reviews with detailed feedback. The feedback comprises suggestions, corrections and approved content.

  • Final revision of the final documents to finetune the documents per EA guidelines

  • Final review and approval of documentation for submission to EA

 

Pricing:

  • Total fee = 220 USD

  • Payable in 2 instalments (120 USD & 100 USD)

 


2. Extended Orders (Limited slots)


Extended service involves giving full control of an order to our teams. Therefore, the team is responsible for the preparation of all documents based on the details provided by the client as requested. Please note that we only register a limited number of extended orders depending on the available slots. The orders can be placed for both Standard and Interview pathways. See the details below.

(a) Chartered via Standard Pathway

Required Documents

  • CPD log

  • Detailed CV

  • Evidence Statements

  • Chartered Evidence Narratives

  • Suporting evidence: e.g. drawings, project reports, calculation sheets, photos etc.

Chartered evidence narratives are only required for competency elements that have no/insufficient supporting evidence. We assist our clients to prepare and organise the above documents in accordance with EA requirements.

 

Pricing:

 

  • Evidence statements:  35 USD each, total = 35*16 = 560 USD

  • Evidence narratives: 70 USD each (These are only required for competency elements that have insufficient evidence)

  • CV: 120 USD

  • CPD log: 50 USD

(b) Chartered Via the Interview Pathway

Required Documents


To lodge your CPEng application via the Interview Pathway, you need the following documents:

Expanded CV (ECV)
CPD Log
Self-Assessment Form
Interview presentation

We assist our clients to prepare the above documents in accordance with EA requirements. We also provide free consultation to clients to help them complete their chartered process smoothly.

Pricing:

 

  • Expanded CV (ECV) = 500 USD

  • CPD Log = 50 USD

  • Self-Assessment Form:  15 USD per 100 words. Total may not exceed 240 USD

  • Interview preparations: 80 USD (Evidence review and organisation)

Payment Terms and Flexibility



Our prices are quite affordable; also, the payment plans are extremely friendly. Total payments are payable in installments where 2 or more items have been ordered.

Contract Signing for Order Validation



You will be required to sign a contract with us during order placement for reference purposes. The contract is meant to validate the order and provide guarantee for quality and payment protection. If only a single item is ordered, contract signing may not be necessary.
