For efficient, secure and centralised order management, please create an EA-Client Account on our Portal. Both account creation and initial order registration are free. However, for the team to start working on your order, you must add order items and pay at least the first installment. The account will allow you to:

  • Create orders and add order items

  • Upload and download documents

  • Receive, sign and upload contract

  • Send and receive messages from the team using the messaging tools

  • Post comments/documents on the order record

  • Receive customer support

  • Make payments securely via PayPal

  • Many more.

Service Contract Details



You will be required to sign a contract form having the details below. Please note that sample contract includes the details for CDR Option A. Similar terms will apply to other CDR Options and Services such CPEng and NER.

Contract Terms


This contract form defines a binding agreement between Engineers Base Consultants, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant who owns the Website EngineersBase.com and Mr(s). ..... hereinafter referred to as the Client.

Acceptance and service: The consultant accepts to offer CDR consultancy services to the client and the client accepts to pay for the services as agreed upon in this contract.  The consultant assures the client that he/she will receive an original, high quality CDR prepared by experienced engineers.

CDR Option: The client has selected CDR option A meaning that the Consultant will be required to prepare three Career Episodes (CEs), the Summary Statement (SS) and CPD based on the information provided by the client by filling three CDR sheets. In case the client is interested he/she may request the Consultant to prepare the CV at an additional price that will be agreed upon.

Payment: The client will be required to pay  ____  USD for a complete CDR package Option A. The client has already paid 200USD to initiate the project. The remaining amount will be cleared as the project proceeds, in installments of ___ USD to initiate CE2, ___ USD to initiate CE3 and ___ USD to initiate the Summary and CPD. No work shall proceed before the payment is done.

Quality Assurance (QA): The Consultant will provide PLAGIARISM-FREE CE drafts to the QA for review before being released to the Client. The client will be required to give official feedback via the email cdr@engineersbase.com within 3 days. The feedback is required in its complete form only once per draft. Once the final project has been sent to the client, he/she will be given 7 days to review it and give his/her feedback.  He/she may request the final modifications of the CDR documents in case it is deemed necessary. FINAL QA REVIEW and final CDR released to the client on approval.

Money back guarantee: The consultant assures the client that he/she is entitled for an Extendable 45 days money back guarantee (in accordance with our terms and conditions) from the time this contract is signed. Disputes shall be raised with the QA first before engaging any external agencies.

Limitation of liability: the Consultant is not liable for the authenticity of information provided by the client (information includes but not limited to qualifications, transcripts/course outlines, certifications, employment details and project details). In this regard, the Consultant does not warrant the final decision by EA, but assures the client that the prepared CDR will be in full compliance with EA’s requirements. This implies our part will be perfect. This contract will be effective until the client receives a positive EA outcome. Any assistance or extra document/details requested by EA shall be provided to the client on request.

Information Confidentiality: the consultant guarantees 100% information confidentiality. No third parties can gain access to client’s information or files.
